This 1991-built Komatsu PC10-7 is a professionally reconditioned mini excavator with its 2,210 Kg (4,873 pounds) operating weight. It only has 3,475 hours, and in great running condition with normal wear and tear as shown on our transparent photos and demonstration video. The machine is powered by a Yanmar-manufactured diesel engine (3D78N-1B) which is capable of delivering 20.7 HP. This unit has been modified to adopt Caterpillar (S.A.E) control pattern by default.
This unit has been thoroughly serviced with new hydraulic fluids, new engine oils, new coolant with antifreeze, and new filters (air, fuel, and oil). We have upgraded the excavator with new foot-pedal-controlled hydraulic thumb, new seat & seat belt, new starting battery, new LED headlight, new decals, and vivid Komatsu-green paint. As required by U.S. CBP importing requirements, this unit has undergone strict fumigation and steam cleaning.
Komatsu PC10-7 is simply a feature-packed model. Comparing to previous iterations of PC10 series, this model's arm speed is increased by 10 - 15 % thanks to improved hydraulic flow efficiency. The machine is equipped with a standard hydraulic service valve that is currently being used for its new hydraulic thumb, but this valve can be easily retrofitted to install a hydraulic breaker or other attachments. It is also designed for small alleys and urban areas in mind with only 1,080 mm (3'7") compact turning radius during boom swing (when the boom is at 90 degree angle relative to the cabin). Digging a gutter next to a wall? This model has the widest bucket offset amount with 560 mm (1'10") left-hand offset and 620 mm (2'0") right-hand offset.
As an improvement from generations, this model has been re-designed with operator's comfort in mind. Getting on and off the machine is now accessible from left and right sides of the machine with a new convenient walk-through style. The engine hood is now a curved body with much less overhang and armed with 2 reinforced protectors on back sides of the cab to prevent accidental damages during tight turns. Running out of fuel? Just turn on the start switch for automatic fuel system bleeding! The undercarriage has been re-engineered to tackle rough terrains with newly-equipped upper wheels to provide better track suspension and further prevent the tracks from coming off.
With Japanese ingenuity of applying sound-absorbing material to various parts of the machine, low noise performance comparable to that of a passenger car has been achieved. This model is designed for night work and urban areas such as schools and hospitals with noise level rated at 55 dBA @ 30 meter (98'5") and 68 dBA @ 7 meter (23'0"). To operator's ears, noise exposure is rated at only 78 dBA.

If your equipment needs longer storage time for financing application approval or export logistics arrangements, please let us know so we can waive storage fees!
FAQ: Do you offer warranty?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any warranty programs for our reconditioned excavators. Our sales are final upon a cleared payment. As a common industry practice for used heavy equipment, all of our products are sold "as is, where is" and does not come with any guarantees or warranties, expressed, written or implied. For more information, please refer to our official terms of sale per below.
Having said that, we are an established e-commerce heavy equipment seller with many happy customers. Our past customers' feedback can be found publicly via Reviews.IO public feedback platform:
FAQ: Do you charge sales tax?
We are a registered California LLC business entity with a valid seller's permit (our seller permit number is 219894272). Thus, our California customers are required to pay all applicable state, district, and local sales tax, unless a valid tax exemption or resale certificate is provided. Sales tax is calculated based on delivery destination. We reserve the right to charge any and all applicable taxes as required by local jurisdictions.
For non-California buyers who pay for a licensed, independent, third-party freight carrier or freight broker to ship the purchased equipment to your non-California address, California sales taxes are exempt as long as a proper bill of lading is provided from the buyer's freight carrier. However, if an out-of-state buyer decide not to use a third-party shipper, and wish to pick up the equipment in person at our yard, applicable California & Long Beach combined sales tax rate of 10.25% will be applied as described above without any exceptions.
Due to Supreme Court ruling in favor of South Dakota on June 21, 2018 on the landmark sales tax case of South Dakota v. Wayfair, an online seller must collect and remit sales tax on any sales delivered to a particular state where such seller have established a physical or economic nexus. Please be aware that as of January 2023, we have not established any physical or economic nexuses with any states outside of California. Hence, it is a significant saving for out-of-state customers who purchase equipment from our California yard because no sales tax will be collected. However, once we establish an economic nexus with any states, applicable sales tax will be collected on every sale made to that state.

FAQ: Do you offer extra attachments?
We offer a variety of excavator attachments such as digging buckets (dirt teeth or rock teeth), smooth edge cleaning buckets, and root rate buckets. However, please be aware that we do not fabricate buckets in Long Beach, CA. All of our manufacturing takes place overseas; thus, it only makes sense economically and logistically to ship your extra buckets with your machine in the same container as well as on the same truck from Long Beach, CA to your home address. We offer standard width sizes of 12", 18", 24", 30", and 36" for $650, $750, $850, $950, and $1,050, respectively (applicable for teeth, smooth edge, skeleton, or root rake styles). We also offer a standard size ripper tooth for $850. In addition, please note that we ONLY offer these buckets at these pricing above if you pre-order your machine at least 5 business days before it is scheduled to depart Japan. Pricing includes new bucket & teeth, installation labor cost, and ocean shipping to Long Beach, CA. All of our buckets are pin-on style and are NOT made to work with quick couplers.
